What is coaching?

"Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential" - (International Coaching Federation)

What sort of coaching do you do?

I deliver Traditional and Dynamic coaching frameworks. I use the coaching framework that best suits my client's needs. 

What is the difference between traditional and dynamic coaching?

Traditional coaching is client-led. In traditional coaching, the coach only uses carefully chosen questions to get the client to their desired outcome.

Dynamic coaching is more coach-led. The coach uses  specific techniques that fit their client's unique needs, preferences, and goals as needed.

How does coaching work?

As a coach, I  help clients get clear on what they truly want to achieve, identify their resources, plan the steps to their desired outcome, address what may be standing in their way (such as limited beliefs, trapped emotions, and value conflicts), discover how they  will stick to their plan, and get to their goals more rapidly

How is coaching different from therapy or consulting?

Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders or medical conditions. 

Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical, financial or other qualified professionals. 

A coach does not give medical, legal, or financial advices.

What's the time commitment?

The 8-week program runs across eight weekly sessions. Your first session is up to 90 minutes — this is where we go deep on where you are and what you truly want. Sessions 2 through 8 are up to 60 minutes each, delivered weekly or at a pace we agree on together. You also have unlimited WhatsApp and email support throughout the full 8 weeks, so you are never on your own between sessions.

What's the refund policy for this Program?

I want you to feel safe and confident when you commit. Here is how it works:

If you choose to step away before the end of Week 3, you will only be charged for delivered sessions (at the single session rate) and receive a refund for the remainder of your investment.

After Week 3 is completed, no refund applies — by that point we are deep into the work together and the investment has been made on both sides. Generally clients complete the whole program in 2 to 3 months.
