For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by what makes someone truly thrive — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I started yoga when I was 16. I became an osteopath in my 20s. In my 30s, I taught yoga and studied integrative nutrition and women's health.
In my 40's, the beginning of motherhood made cultivating calm and energy a non-negotiable!
Listening to what people carry — in their bodies, their minds, and their stories - brought me to studying mindset.


No amount of turmeric or breath-work ( and I do enjoy both!...) will help you thrive if you keep carrying the weight of thoughts and emotions that don't serve you.
And just like you don't have to be unfit to benefit from exercising — you don't have to feel completely stuck to benefit from understanding your mindset.
Movement, food, sleep, relationships are foundational to healthy living.
I look at Mindset as the thread that holds the pillars of wellbeing together.
That's what brought me to create mariesolierwellness (MSW).
The vision behind MSW is simple: a world where more people feel genuinely well — not just physically, but in the way they think, the choices they make, and the life they're building.
